Description
Owyhee Picture Jasper (pronounced Oh-WAH-hee) comes from the rugged Owyhee mountain area in Malheur County in eastern Oregon. This beautiful sphere comes from an old stock that we’ve had saved for many years. It has become increasingly rare, because mechanized removal equipment is no longer permitted in the specific area where it has been traditionally mined.
