Return Policy: Jewelry
- Returns and exchanges are permitted up to 21 days from the delivery date, but, under some circumstances, we can be flexible.
- Jewelry is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Our guarantee does not protect against excessive wear, abuse, accident, or loss.
- Jewelry must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear.
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, special orders, or items that have been altered.
- Please contact us at geoinfo@geoclassics.com for return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs incurred by Geoclassics at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount due.
- Credit Card Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
Return Policy: Minerals, Fossils, and Artifacts
- Returns and exchanges are permitted up to 21 days from the delivery date, but, under some circumstances, we can be flexible.
- Items must be returned in their original condition along with any information provided, display stands, and accessories.
- Please contact us at geoinfo@geoclassics.com for return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Returning by Mail
- Please contact us by email for return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Please re-package the item securely using the original packaging, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip if available. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, and order #.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Any shipping costs incurred by Geoclassics in the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount issued.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. *Please remember to keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to verify delivery.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 days of return delivery, and will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
